PCMHA 2025-2026 Registration Information

All PCMHA Minor Hockey registrations are to be completed through player’s Hockey Canada Registry, Spordle Accounts. 

Registration opens on Monday August 4th, 2025.

Competitive & Try Out Registration:  

The DEADLINE for any player wishing to tryout for a competitive team is Sunday September 7, 2025, at midnight.

This applies to all U11/U13/U15/U18 players.   

Tryout Fee:

The Tryout fee for all levels U11, U13, U15, U18 (U9 no fee for assessments) is $125.00. This is only paid ONCE per player regardless of levels of tryouts.

The tryout fee and base fee must both be paid at the time of registration.  

NEW for 2025/2026 Season

If the deadline to register for tryouts is missed on September 7, 2025, a player can still register to tryout, a $75 late fee is applied. The Tryout fee will be $200 after September 7, 2025. 

U9 Assessments:

The registration DEADLINE for U9 assessments is Sunday September 21, 2025, at midnight. Players registered after September 21, 2025, will be placed on a U9 Development team and will not participate in assessments.  

Non-Competitive Registration:

Registration for non-competitive teams will remain open until October 1, 2025. All registrations after October 1, 2025, will be charged a mandatory $100.00 late fee.  

After October 1, 2025, C league teams will be assigned and regular season will start after October 18, 2025, as indicated by HNS. Those who register after October 1, 2025, may have a delay being placed on a team, subject to registration/team numbers.

The PCMHA Hockey Canada Registry catalog will close on October 31, 2025. Anyone wishing to register after this time please email registrar.pcmha@gmail.com to confirm availibility. 

2025-2026 Registration Fees (Base Fees Only – this does NOT include Competitive Fees):

U7 - $535.00

U9 - $610.00 

U11 - $690.00 

U13 - $925.00 

U15 - $1040.00 

U18 - $1040.00 

The registration fees include the mandatory $100/player fundraising component for the 2025-2026 season via the sale of raffle tickets. Funds related to the sale of tickets (20 x $5/player) will be collected as part of the initial registration process. Players shall keep funds collected upon sale of tickets.

Registration also includes a $10 jersey/equipment fee.  

Registration Payment Options:

1. 25% of base fees to be paid upon registration, with 4 equal payment installments. Payments process on the 21st of each month from September 2025 through to December 2025.  

 2. Full payment at registration. 

Competitive Fees:

Players placed on a competitive team (U9, U11, U13, U15, U18) after tryouts/assessments, must pay an additional competitive fee of $450.00. This registration item will be available to pay online once competitive teams are assembled. 

Players assigned to a competitive team must complete the competitive fee registration prior to October 31, 2025, or shall be removed from the roster.

Players not fully registered (BASE + COMPETITIVE FEES) will not be able to participate and will not be approved on the official HNS roster.

Competitive Fee Payment Options:  

1. 25% of base fees to be paid upon registering, with 4 equal payment installments. Payments process on the 21st of each month from September 2025 through to December 2025.   

 2. Full payment at registration. 

Discounts/Funding:  

Family discount is offered at - $100.00 for second child, and - $200.00 for third and any subsequent children. This will be deducted automatically ONLY if you register your children together. The family discount will not be applied if players are registered separately.

Players applying for funding for 2025-2026 will be required to pay in full (or installments) at registration and will be applied to their fees owing or refunded if fees are paid in full, once received by PCMHA. 

Dishonored payments could result in a player being excluded from Championship Weekend(s).   

Registration for Overage Players:

All overage players must be approved prior to registration, team placement and process. 

This included players wishing to play down a level and U18 overaged applicants.
